What:              DMEautomotive announces its fifth webinar in a series of 15-minute online tutorials designed to improve the overall effectiveness of automotive direct marketing.  Packed with proven best practices and procedures, this session will teach dealers how to improve their customer experience processes with a virtual Business Development Center (BDC).   Using a BDC helps dealerships manage inbound and outbound communications, such as sales inquiries and service follow-up calls.  Led by Gary Mitchell, product strategy and marketing director for DMEautomotive, the session will also show dealers how BDCs can lower their overall costs.
