JMsolutions Announces Enhancements to Web-based Menu Tool That Improve Compliance, Up-Sell Opportunities, and Efficiency for Dealers

Deerfield Beach, Fla. – JMsolutions (www.jmfe-jmsolutions.com), whose innovative products and services are yielding dealers impressive results, has announced significant upgrades to its Menu product. The JMsolutions™ Menu is part of the JMsolutions RetailSuite™ of products, and provides dealers’ finance and insurance (F&I) staff the ability to present full-product offerings in concise, persuasive presentations that can be quickly customized for each buyer. Recent enhancements to this Web-based tool help dealers comply with state and federal laws, increase up-sell opportunities, and improve efficiency.

The JMsolutions™ Menu is designed to integrate with today’s most popular dealer management systems, lessen duplicate data entry, and make the sales process more efficient. One of its newest features helps dealerships comply with the Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC)’s requirement that dealerships not do business with targeted foreign countries and terrorists. The feature does so by checking customer names against OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list.

Dealers also benefit from the ability to create and deliver a signature waiver with each presentation that shows both selected and declined products, within the context of a monthly payment. Having this information provides F&I staff with more up-sell opportunities. Other enhancements include the ability to incorporate third-party aftermarket products into the Menu presentation and lock-in pricing on non-negotiable products unique to the dealership.

JMsolutions has also added new features in response to California’s new "Car Buyer’s Bill of Rights" law, which in part, requires further detailed disclosures by dealers regarding product sales. The corresponding features help dealers comply with the legislation by producing a contract cancellation option and documents that outline, for the consumer, additional products and pricing that are to be included in the sales contract. Like JMsolutions’ other integrated software products and support systems, its disclosure features capitalize on the latest technology to better serve automotive customers while creating greater efficiencies for dealers.
