JMsolutions Announces Enhancements to Web-based Menu Tool That Improve Compliance, Up-Sell Opportunities, and Efficiency for Dealers
The JMsolutions™ Menu is designed to integrate with today’s most popular dealer management systems, lessen duplicate data entry, and make the sales process more efficient. One of its newest features helps dealerships comply with the Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC)’s requirement that dealerships not do business with targeted foreign countries and terrorists. The feature does so by checking customer names against OFAC’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons list.
Dealers also benefit from the ability to create and deliver a signature waiver with each presentation that shows both selected and declined products, within the context of a monthly payment. Having this information provides F&I staff with more up-sell opportunities. Other enhancements include the ability to incorporate third-party aftermarket products into the Menu presentation and lock-in pricing on non-negotiable products unique to the dealership.
Phil Smith, chairman of the board, CEO, and owner of Phil Smith Automotive Group, commented, "We have been very pleased with the results we are achieving with the JMsolutions Menu. PVR [Per Vehicle Revenue] has increased significantly and the Menu’s extensive reporting enables us to monitor productivity and quickly adjust as needed." Currently, the JMsolutions Menu is installed in four Phil Smith dealerships across
JMsolutions has also added new features in response to
"Our latest Menu innovations improve our ability to support dealers in complying with new state and federal legislation," said JMsolutions President Scott Barrett. "We are staying true to our mission of helping dealers increase speed, accuracy, and efficiency while increasing revenues in this critical area of their business."
Barrett continued, "For example, we continue to see evidence of the benefits of using the JMsolutions electronic menu versus a non-menu presentation. Using Menu, our dealers realized an average of 121% aftermarket product penetration versus 73% when not using it. Also compelling was the 57% average increase in F&I gross profit per vehicle retail."
Additionally, dealers benefit from Menu’s comprehensive management reports on such topics as F&I Manager Performance, Per Vehicle Revenue, Ranking by Manager, Product Detail, and F&I Summary.
Barrett summarized, "In today’s era of rapidly shrinking profit margins, using an effective, results-producing software support system like JMsolutions Menu, has become crucial in maintaining a competitive edge in the auto industry."
